NOTICE: IT'S THE LAW
Texas Election Code Sec. 259.002 prohibits HOAs from enforcing rules that ban political signs up to 4'x6' on or after the 90th day before the date of the election to which the sign relates.
It is illegal to place any signs on or within the right of way. This includes posting signs on trees, telephone poles, traffic signs and other objects on the right of way.
